Cause of Death:
 Died in Military Vehicle Accident, directing a heavy military vehicle to the entrance of a store at 5 Base Ordnance Depot to load supplies. He slipped and landed in front of a wheel which rode over him. He was taken to 1 Mil Hospital but died later the same day from his injuries
