Found at Map Reference 57c.M.17.c.7.1. (or 50.0699, 2.7980). South of Warlencourt, and east of Le Sars. It is reasonable to assume he died either at Delville Wood in July 1916 or Butte de Warlencourt in October 1916. His means of identification were: Graves Registration Unit Cross marked "H.Q.49"
