Died of injuries, fractured femur and skull fracture. Picked up off the roadside, in the Alexandria area, on 20 October 1941. Although the No. 8 General Hospital tried to save his leg, it was amputated on 18 March and he died later the day at 22:10 Hrs, according to the Hospital Record Card |
