Cause of Death:
 Murdered, a father and daughter were attacked and shot dead by APLA operatives while delivering milk near Umtata. The APLA operatives were later granted amnesty. He was left lying in the road having been shot in the stomach with a shotgun. He was taken to hospital but the wounds turned septic and he died ten days later on the 6th September 1993
