Cause of Death:
 Died of COVID. Operation NOTLELA commenced on 26 March 2020 and Private JACOBS joined the deployment in Jul 2020. Her front-line role meant she served among the deployed forces ensuring compliance to basic health protocols when deployed members went on patrols. Unfortunately, she tested positive for the COVID-19 Virus while still on deployment and was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit in 2 Military Hospital at Wynberg where she sadly died on 23 August 2020
