Killed in action, near Mupa in Southern Angola when their Casspir drove into an ambush and was struck by a Czechoslovakian RPG-75 Anti-Tank Rocket. The rocket struck the Browning Machine-gun mounting and exploded, spraying the inside of the vehicle with lethal shrapnel, killing them instantly |
