 Died of injuries, received in Military Vehicle Accident on 21 November 1987 while a passenger in a Kwevoel which struck a civilian vehicle, in Rundu. He was discharged medically unfit in February 1988 but died in Provincial Hospital on 3 October 1988. His death probably arose from his injuries as the military paid out compensation
