Son of Maj. and Mrs. H. P. Ramsay Copeland, V.D., of Sydney, New South Wales. Born at Sydney. Educated at Wellington College, Berks., and R.M.A., Woolwich. Gazetted July, 1913, proceeded to France Aug., 1914, and served through-out the Great War. On War Memorial of King Edward VII School, Johannesburg. Entitled to General Service Medal bar Iraq
