 Died in Aircraft Accident, Wellington Ic R1155, took off for night bombing detail. At approx 1015, the Wellington was seen by other crews, similarly engaged, to commence an attack from which it failed to recover before hitting the sea, some 4 miles N of Kingston, a village overlooking Spey Bay and about 8 miles SE of the airfield
