Cause of Death:
 Died in Private Aircraft Accident, crash while on a weekend pass. While en route from Rand airport to Riversdal, they crashed on the northern slope of Fouriesberg, 10 kms West of Robinson Pass. There were 4 fatalities, all of which were NSM Radar Operators
