Cause of Death:
Killed in action, in Aerospatiale SA3330 Puma C #168. Puma crashed 15km North East of Namacunde, when an AK47 round damaged the tail rotor. The resulting fire damage caused the pilot to lose control and the aircraft crashed inverted.
