Cause of Death:
 Died of injuries, received in Private Motor Vehicle Accident on the 12 July. He was on his way home to Elandsfontein for the weekend when he lost control and crashed 5 kms from Halfway House, on the Old Jhb road. He died at 1 Military Hospital.
