Cause of Death:
 Died in Private Vehicle Accident, while on weekend pass when his private vehicle was involved in a collision with an extra heavy articulate vehicle. The heavy vehicle, together with the multi-wheel trailers drove over the drivers position of his car, crushing it completely, killing him instantly
