Cause of Death:
 Died in Freak Accident, near the entrance to 5 Maintenance Unit in Ovamboland, SWA. He climed under his Kwevoel to check on a mechanical problem and when he emerged, he was struck by a passing Buffel. He died of head injuries on the scene.
