Found at Map Reference 57c.W.16.c.9.2. (or 50.0246, 3.0944). North East of Heudicourt. It is likely he died in Gouzeaucort Sector in December 1917 or during the Battle of Marrieres Wood in March 1918. Found together with three other South African Scottish at same location
