The area where the Hospital plot is has very few stones and I was not able to find the grave, it is very possible that no stone exists.

Husband of Lucy Martha Rust, of 85 Frere Street, West Bank, East London. Born Komgha, Cape Province. Previous service in Queenstown Rifles, W. P. Mounted Rifles and South African Irish. One records states that he died of alcoholism and pneumonia, at Johannesburg Hospital, and another says he died of strychnine poisoning. Records indicate that he lost his left limb in service 29 March 1918, and that he was demobbed 28-May-1919, but entered hospital on 8 June 1919 due to the effects of malaria that he contracted on military service
