 Died in Aircraft Accident, Typhoon Ib R7695, non-operational flying included formation practice, tail chasing and aerobatics. Unfortunately, during these aerobatics, was seen to break up at 18, 000ft, scattering pieces over 5 miles around Glanvilles Wooton
