Alexander Dawbarn was employed as an electrician by Hubert Davies & Co. before the war and on the outbreak of hostilities joined the RAF and became a Pilot Officer. Shared a Ju-88 kill on March 14, 1941 with Sgt. Joseph Stehlik (both of 312 Sqn). Commemoration stone in Durban (Overport) (Old St. Thomas) Cemetery |
