Cause of Death:
 Killed in action, in a contact in the Wedza District, Op Thrasher. He was driving a heavy vehicle in a convoy that was ambushed and although seriously wounded in the abdomen, continued to direct the follow up until he was casevacted. He later died of his wounds.
