Cause of Death:
Died in Friendly Fire Incident, shot by own forces. The other unit had detonated a mine and 6 SAI, who had a platoon in the area went to their aid. The members of the stricken vehicle immediately opened fire when they saw the 6 SAI patrol approaching, mistaking them for PLAN insurgents, who were known to be in the area.
