Cause of Death:
Killed in action. At 01.30 hours on 27 Apr, 1941, the Henri Mory (Master Joseph Havard) was hit by one torpedo from U-110 and sank about 330 miles west-northwest of Blaskets Islands, Ireland. The ship had been dispersed from convoy SL-68 on 21 March, went to Bermuda and then continued unescorted.
